1. Shipping Destinations – Global Shipping Policies Focus
We ship to nearly every country, making sure our elemental tools reach you wherever you are. Yet, due to current shipping restrictions under our global shipping policies, we cannot send orders to these locations:
- Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria.
2. Shipping Costs & Eligibility
Our tiered shipping structure ensures that your precious items arrive safely and efficiently. This follows our most recent global shipping policies.
- Standard Shipping (Orders under $50): US$16
- Standard Shipping (Orders $50–$79.99): US$8
- Free Standard Shipping (Orders $80 and over): FREE
- Express Shipping (Orders under $80) : Starts at US$29 (Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination).
- Express Shipping (Orders $80 and over) : Starts at US$15 (Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination).
Important Notes:
- Net Value Rules: Eligibility is based on the actual amount paid after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping costs for promotional "Free Products" are non-refundable and include processing, handling, and international logistics fees.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Your total delivery time includes two phases: Processing Time + Shipping Time. This schedule aligns with our global shipping policies.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As our specialized fulfillment centers ship from Asia, import requirements may apply.
- Responsibility: All posted prices exclude import duties, VAT, and local taxes.
- Import Duties & Taxes: The customer, as the importer of record, must pay all customs fees, VAT, or import taxes required locally.
5. Tracking & Updates
Once your frequency-aligned piece ships, you get a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Sync Period: Usually, it takes 3-5 days for transit to the international shipping hub. Tracking refreshes upon scanning at the airport.
6. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived 60 days after shipment, contact us at support@triyun.co. We will investigate thoroughly and resend or fully refund your order.
