1. 30-Day Return Window
- Validity Period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Return Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Overdue Requests: If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the energy purity of our spiritual items, the following products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:
- Consecrated/Blessed Items: Because the consecration process involves energy channeling tailored to a specific individual, it is unique and irreversible. Once sold, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale and Promotional Items: Including limited-time flash sales, clearance items, or products purchased using specific promotional codes.
- Custom Items: Products specifically customized according to your personal needs.
- Opened Consumables: Items such as sage, scented candles, and handmade soaps cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
- Gift Cards and Free Gifts: Not eligible for refunds or cash exchange.
Special Commitment: For the "non-returnable" items listed above, if the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, item received damaged, or missing functions), TRIYUN will still take full responsibility and provide a full refund or a free replacement.
3. Extended Quality Guarantee
1-Year Warranty: We have full confidence in our craftsmanship. Within 1 year from the date of purchase, if the product experiences structural quality issues not caused by human error, you can contact us to apply for an exclusive 30% - 40% OFF discount code to purchase a replacement of the same item.
4. Exchange Instructions
- Damaged/Defective Replacements: We only offer free replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact refund@triyun.co to process your request.
- Exchange Limits: An item can only be exchanged once. Exchanged items are no longer eligible for refunds.
5. Shipping and Fees
- Return Shipping: For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- TRIYUN's Responsibility: If the return/exchange is due to our error, TRIYUN will bear all round-trip shipping costs.
- Shipping Risks: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. TRIYUN is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
6. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 week.
How to Initiate a Return?
Step 1: Send an email to refund@triyun.co with your proof of purchase and a brief explanation.
Step 2: Wait for our review instructions and the authorized return address (please do not send items back to the sender address on the shipping label).
Step 3: Pack the product securely and ship it back.
