II. Shipping & Logistics

4. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders where the actual amount paid after all discounts is US$69 or more.
  • Premium Shipping: US$10.
  • Express Shipping: Starts at US$29.

6. Why is my tracking information not updating?

Our products ship from specialized fulfillment centers in Asia. It typically takes 3–5 days for the package to transit to the international hub and be scanned. Your tracking will refresh once it clears the international airport.

7. Will I have to pay customs duties?

As the importer of record, customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes required by their government (common in the UK, EU, and Canada).

Yes. We source high-quality, natural materials like Sandalwood, Agarwood, and genuine stones. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color and texture.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at support@triyun.co within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

10. What if my package never arrives?

If you do not receive your package within 60 days of shipping, please contact us. We will either resend a new one or provide a full refund.
