II. Shipping & Logistics
4. How much does shipping cost?
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders shipped within the United States.
- Free Express Shipping: Available when the actual amount paid after all discounts is US$50 or more, subject to carrier availability.

6. Why is my tracking information not updating?
Our products ship from specialized fulfillment centers in Asia. It typically takes 3–5 days for the package to transit to the international hub and be scanned. Your tracking will refresh once it clears the international airport.
7. Will I have to pay customs duties?
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Our carriers generally arrange customs clearance, but if you are asked to pay an unexpected customs or carrier charge, please contact support@triyun.co before paying so we can help verify it.

8. Are the materials authentic?
Yes. We source high-quality, natural materials like Sandalwood, Agarwood, and genuine stones. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color and texture.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at support@triyun.co within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
10. What if my package never arrives?
If tracking does not show successful delivery within 30 business days after dispatch, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once it is completed, provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
